Life Skills Workshops | Grades 1–3
Our engaging Life Skills Workshops are designed to complement the school Life Skills curriculum by equipping children with practical social and emotional skills they can use every day. Through fun, interactive, age-appropriate activities, learners develop greater self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and positive relationship skills.
Our workshops are offered as short courses, each focusing on a key area of social and emotional development:
Me and My Emotions
Helping children understand and manage their emotions by exploring:
❤️ Identifying and recognising emotions
❤️ Understanding the physical changes emotions cause in our bodies
❤️ Learning healthy coping skills and emotional regulation strategies
Me and My Friends
Building the foundations for healthy, respectful friendships by exploring:
💚 The recipe for a great friendship
💚 The power of words and their impact on our hearts
💚 "Is it my story to tell?" – understanding trust and confidentiality
💚 Healthy boundaries and respectful relationships
The Best Me I Can Be
Empowering children to believe in themselves and embrace challenges by exploring:
💛 Identifying strengths and areas for growth
💛 Developing a growth mindset
💛 Building confidence, resilience, and self-belief
Each workshop is practical, interactive, and developmentally appropriate, giving learners the social and emotional tools they need to thrive both in the classroom and beyond.
